Trash It handles dumpster rentals all across New Jersey, both up north and down the shore. Our work helps landscapers, construction crews, demolition teams, and others handle their waste with efficiency and ease.
Trash It recently provided dumpsters for a major job down the shore in Toms River, New Jersey. After being destroyed in Hurricane Sandy, the famed Joey Harrison’s Surf Club, a nightlife venue, had been acquired by the town. Situated on scenic Ortley Beach, the club was falling apart due to damages from Sandy, and at last the town approved its demolition in order to put up six residential units.
Trash It is providing the builder with dumpsters – 3 so far and counting. Learn more about our process and what the Jersey Shore teams needed to accomplish this project below.
Helping Transform a Historic Property
A surf club has stood on the Ortley Beach property since the 1930s. Unfortunately, it was devastated by Hurricane Sandy, and has been an eye sore for the past decade. It takes a while for properties to change hands, and at the municipal level there are lots of regulations about what can be built where and how given the location’s proximity to the beach. After a series of events, a 6-unit residential structure is being built. We are providing the dumpsters for the construction debris, in rotation, to speed along this process and get construction moving along.
Working with Frequent Collaborators
On the job site, Trash It is working with a frequent client, PEM Construction. This is one of the many sites where Trash It does container services for PEM Construction. We always enjoy working with new clients and also appreciate getting to work with old ones who trust our workmanship, pricing, and process.
Moving the Job Along
Trash It rents the necessary dumpsters for this job, which rotate in and out based on how full they are. The boxes hold all the construction debris, and when it comes to demolition projects, there’s a lot of it. Trash It regularly comes by to remove the waste so the dumpsters can be empty and ready for the next batch to ensure the job keeps chugging along. The Jersey Shore and its home fronts are always changing, and Trash It plays a small but crucial role in ensuring these changeovers happen as quickly as possible.
Trash It travels all over New Jersey to drop off dumpster rentals, pick up debris, and problem solve with clients so their needs are met. See how we can help your next construction job: get in touch for quotes and more information.
